Terrance Chaplin joined the Community Teen Coalition Upward Bound Program in 2018 and is currently one of the Upward Bound Counselors at Benjamin Banneker High School. He is an alumni of the Upward Bound Program in Beaufort, South Carolina. Terrance has a B.S. Degree in Human Services from the University of South Carolina and a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Prior to joining the Community Teen Coalition Upward Bound Program he provided career, education, and mental health counseling at the local, state, and federal level.
